Yet again they burned us. Took a day off work. Aka pro day burned. They never called to say when they would be here. Called and the girl on the phone says the techs set thier own days and hrs. She said they have the co by the nads. They have all the control. She said she cant call them and refused to give me the number to call them myself. I got pist and hung up. She calls me back 15min later to say they can co e out tomorrow?? I said wait what about my appointment today? She says they cant come today. I told her I'm not burning yet another pro day for them to do the same thing again tomorrow. This co is the worst. This would be the 3rd time they have done this to us. There will not be a 4rth. Avoid avoid avoid. They will waste your time. I'm contacting the BBB. Fyi when you call your warranty co for a warranty repair. You can tell them you dont want Adam's appliance. They will find you someone else. Again avoid these time wasters
