Ron is prompt and professional in every aspect of the job - returning calls, arrival, etc. He is friendly and well organized. Ron's HVAC knowledge and ability to diagnose the problem, explain it in a layman's terms, then efficiently fix it are outstanding. I will continue to use Ron's service for my HAVC issues.
