Mr. Wood is NOT responsive to the needs of his clients. He does not return phone calls or respond to texts unless threatened with legal action. His promises are hollow and insincere. I would NOT RECOMMEND this company at all!

I used this company to replace wooden boards in my entryway that were damaged from a water leak. They installed new wood and matched it nicely to the existing floor. Great job.

Took extra days (lost wages for us), stole our ladder, damaged our walls and outlets....did not offer to fix the paint or reimburse us, crew arrived 2 hours late every day and left 2 hours early one day, very unprofessional.
