Synergy Floor

I could not recommend this company. Communication was terrible at the start of project for what we were suspossed to purchase, since they were doing labor. Even after getting through the tile installation, I've now had the team back twice to fix grout that is all braking apart. I still need them to come back again as it happening again before the 2 yr warranty is up. I've called and texted multiple time for 2 months with little response. I always hear we will have the project manager call you to come fix? Still nothing. Floors are not holding up less than 2 years in, communication and response to fix work isn't great.
