Inspection report returned with multiple and significant issues requiring possible asbestos remediation, probable mold removal and remediation, landscape regrading away from the foundation and siding, electrical, plumbing, chimney, possible roofing issues and unsafe hatch/steps/bulkhead door. Toilet and sink not properly attached in finished basement bathroom. Rigid duct required on dryer in basement. Rotted windows, squishy siding under one window.
