Guy's Pro Handyman Services LLC

This is regarding Jonathan Turner the owner of Guys Pro Handyman LLC in Berlin, CT I hired him for a garage remodel project in April. Despite putting down a $250 deposit, I didn't receive a copy of the contract until nearly 38 days after. To my knowledge I have been unable to find any records of Jonathan Turner or Guys Pro Handyman LLC being a licensed handyman. I have also requested proof of active insurance, since he has elected to attempt to collect from an injury through my homeowners, instead of business insurance as is traditionally done. I received multiple estimates from professionals stating that this was a 2-3 week project from start to finish. Despite this in a 23 day period since the permit was approved he managed to complete a portion of the siding, install a window, some framing for the ceiling and some electrical work. During this period Jonathan Turner Guys Pro Handyman LLC has contacted me from four different phones, which has resulted in at least two major sections being done incorrectly. Despite received $811 to by knowledge he didn't pay his assistant a penny. After being fired Jonathan Turner Guys Pro LLC showed up at the house and made a claim that he got injured at the job site. I haven't received any documentation verifying this and have multiple witnesses who state that no work was done the day of the injury. As I have told Mr. Turner, if he can provide any documentation contradicting any portion of this review I will be glad to update it.
