Worst experience ever.substandard work does not return calls . Help never cleaned up. Beware of nonspecific contract always looking to upcharge. Just talking to George will make your butt sore.

I was looking forward to meeting with George to get a quote for window replacement and some other projects after we met at the CT Home Expo, but on the day of our appointment he no showed. He didn't call to let me know he'd be late (or miss the appointment entirely) and didn't answer multiple calls from me (voicemail box was full) or respond to emails. I had taken time off from work in order to accommodate his requested meeting time and got not even the courtesy of a call or email.
