I have "Happily" used Temple Electric for over seven years! The owner Chip and his team are truly fantastic experts (I consider them more than Electricians). They have installed new kitchen industrial lights, chandeliers, patio lights, outlets, can lights, GFCIs, upper and lower counter lights, two nest thermostats, five nest protectors (fire/carbon alarms) and more in our home. Most impressively, they have become our "Integrated Multimedia" specialists installing a 60" articulating TV, which integrates with our extensive surround sound throughout our entire home (including outside speakers). They have integrated our two receivers, woofer, Apple TV, Samsung Bluray, 8 disc CD player, and Cable box into one remote (a Logitech Harmony) and we love it! The Temple Team are smart, effective, and always knowledgeable about new technology and smart home flow. I have happily referred them to friends, co-workers, and neighbors as they are, and have been, #1 in my book. Thanks Temple Team!

I called on a Saturday morning to inquire about hiring Temple Electric for several projects at my personal home. I got voice-mail and my call was not returned until Tuesday. At that time, I went through a laundry list of items that needed addressing, as I had just closed on my new home. My appointment was set for Thursday at 1pm. Sometime after 9am on Thursday, the day of the appointment, Chip Temple calls me informing me that he must cancel the appointment because another customer decided to add more work while Temple Electric was at their home this morning. Stunning! The appropriate response to that customer would have been, " Mrs. Customer, we will be happy to do the additional work for you, however, we have other customers scheduled for today. " Then, Chip astonishingly said to me when I told him that, that I was less important because I was " only an estimate ". What he doesn't know is that I am a landlord and own other properties that will need servicing in the future. Steer clear of this company as all customers are not treated equally. Look elsewhere for your electrical needs. I would have chosen zero stars if it were an option. Appalling behavior by Temple Electric!
