Brothers Bill and Jerry Osincup, have over 50 years of construction experience, between them. From the start, Bill's vision and design was outstanding. He listen well to incorporate what our needs and wants were which enabled him to design the perfect additions for us. Construction of the garage and bonus room was not easy. There were ground level changes (i.e. excavation) and property line restrictions. Additionally we requested that materials used matched both externally and internally. The end result is that you cannot tell the difference between the original structure vs the new. The construction/workmanship is solid and strong. Bill project managed all the subs and kept us updated regularly. The greatest compliment we can give is that we can not think of one thing we would have changed or added to this project.

We started using Osincup construction in 2007 and have been using them ever since. Every projected was completed with results that were well beyond our expectations. Already have plans for our next Osincup project in 2015!
