Fair Duct Cleaning

I had this company come out here for duct cleaning. On 12-20-18. On a emergency complete cleaning. We didn't have time to shop around.. Saw the previous reviews. And, pray this was a good company. Boy, were we WRONG! 😣 They sent Abraham. Seemly nice guy, at first. My husband has asthma. He supposedly quotes us the best price. Proceeds to roam our home looking at pictures, seemly extremely comfortable. We over looked it. I felt uncomfortable immediately! However, my husband was having asthma attacks left and right. He proceeds to clean the ducts and the area. Taking pictures. Which, l have. He kept coming into my bedroom as l lay with my son. I felt even more uncomfortable. However, he is from Jerusalem, supposedly. I am a Christian. So, l assumed he was good. Wrong move. I had to leave my home before he left. He went into our restroom leaving the door open. Told my husband, oh your wife isn't here, as he laughed. Better Business Bureau is gonna love this. Completely unprofessional. And, we can file sexual harassment charges as well. Now, two weeks later, my husband can't breath again. I called the 'Company' 3 times. He supposedly had a medical emergency. Meanwhile, my husband can't breath in his own home. And, we are out of $650 dollars because the Company doesn't give refunds. So, they say. Don't use this place. You will regret it.

Having several deals and working with a couple different locations of Fair Duct Cleaning, I can say I was very impressed by the tech and his knowledge that arrived for the service. He spent the time to detail how they clean the ducts and recommended a UV system for my allergies. The whole process took about 3 hours and I will defiantly use this company in the future.

The crew was professional and thorough and showed us every vent before and after. Incredible what was in those 30 year old ducts! My wife and I are breathing easier, and the circulation to the upstairs has improved significantly! I highly recommend!

I JUST HAD THEIR SERVICE FOR MY DRYER VENT. THEY KEPT ME UPDATED AS TO THE TECHNICIAN ARRIVAL AND IT TOOK ABOUT 30 MIN AND ALL WAS FIXED!! GREAT COMPANY AND I WILL USE THEM FOR ALL MY VENT NEEDS.
