Greens masonry and concrete

I hired Green's Masonry & Concrete to work on my two chimneys and they failed to replace the flashing around the chimneys which resulted in significant water damage. I contacted Robert Green (owner) in March and he has been too busy to come look at the damage. I suppose the only option that I have is to take this issue to court.
