Blountville Septic Tank Svc

If you use or plan on using Blountville Septic Service, make sure you watch them open up the tank and actually pump it out. They came to pump it two days ago, backed the truck up on the lawn to the tank (possibly over top my distribution box), partially dug the hole, did not fully uncover the access cover which means they did not open it. Then they ran the pump on the truck for a few minutes to act like they were pumping. Then when they came back after two days of calling them out on it, (after I fully dug up the access and opened it), they fully denied any wrongdoing. They said they dug up the wrong side, they swear they pumped the tank. They thought they were just dealing with my elderly parents. They attempted to rip of my elderly parents. Even the owner who came to look at it was not apologetic. Everything I am posting has been witnessed and documented. Consumer Beware!!! How many people have they ripped off? How many elderly people have they ripped off?
