We signed up for the residential service about a month and a half ago. The first pickup was missed due to an error on their schedule. The second pickup didn't arrive until much later in the day then we were told, prompting another call to them to see if we were missed again. Now this pickup, several #1 recyclables and paper were left. I was told these were not "part of the loop", and that I should find another trash pickup service. Well done Triple T! You just earned 0 stars if I could have, but you get one for answering the phone. If you want your trash picked up on a timely manner or with any consistency go elsewhere!
