I recently had a minor plumbing issue, and made an appt with Henderson. While making the appt, a girl on the phone quoted me $125/hour, or if you don't want to pay the estimate, the cost to come out was $69.00. They came out and quoted me $425. Stunned, I asked how much he charged per hour. He told me $250/hour, very different than the phone call. Many of my neighbors also had a MISERABLE experience with Henderson. I think the public should stop being ripped off. Can you give negative stars?
