Our building process is simple with different contract options available to our clients. We offer Fixed Price Contracts and Cost Plus Percentage/Fee Contracts. When using a Fixed Price Contract, the Contractor contracts the build for a fixed price that only changes upon the approval of the Contractor and client in the form of a change order. Change orders outline what the change is and the cost increase to the contract. The Cost plus Percentage/Fee contract offers the clients the ability to have their home built at the Contractors cost. The Contractors profit is either a set fee for the build or a percentage of the Contractors cost to build. If our clients are not going to be available to watch the construction of their home, we take photos of weekly progress and send to our customers as well as posting on social media sites such as Facebook Pages business site, Houzz, Google, Porch and other sites for business advertising.
