Dishonest. They used part of my old furnace on my new one. They told me it was a new system. Installation- shoddy. Hot air leaking out throughout system. System didn't work from day one. Run the other way unless you like headaches.

Came out to fix AC... few days later had to call them back.... my floors warped due to their failure to do their job. 2nd repair man fixed it. Been 3 weeks..still waiting on them to fix floors or come to some type of agreement. Poor customer service.
