Heat Pump Cost
Cost of residential-grade, 2.5-ton 14-SEER heat pump system for horizontal, upflow, downflow, and vertical installation. 240V, 25A electrical connection required at unit. 10-year limited warranty guarantees excellence.
Heat Pump Labor, Basic
Labor cost, under typical conditions, for complete installation. Outdoor unit will be mounted on stable base, and securely connected to existing HVAC system/ducting. Condenser connections will be run, and unit connected to existing electrical supply and controller. Rate is inclusive of all aspects of the project, such as thorough planning, acquisition of equipment and material, preparation and protection of installation site, and meticulous cleanup.
Heat Pump Job Supplies
Requisite supplies for the job, including fittings, fasteners, and mounting hardware.
Heat Pump Equipment Allowance
Daily rental of specialty equipment for maximum quality and efficiency. These include pipe cutter and threader, tubing cutter, brazing kit, and pipe wrenches. Consumable equipment elements not included.
Heat Pump Debris Disposal
Responsible disposal of all project debris, including the cost to load and haul old materials, installation waste, and any other refuse.
Option: Remove HVAC Unit
Power, connections, and fittings will be disconnected, along with mounting hardware. Unit will be removed from premises. Available for units up to 200 lbs.
