A-US Air Conditioning of Texas, Ltd.

Do NOT use this company. They came out numerous times to assess our air conditioning, only to inaccurately tell us we needed a new unit, when in fact it was the structure of the system. No accountability taken and just blamed the warranty company for "not allowing them to do a full assessment". They just want a cheap payout from the warranty company and don't care at all about quality service.

Most disgusting service providers. Attitude from the secretary who refuses to give her name. Would not recommend this company to anyone. They do not show up for service and fail at communicating.

This company has nothing but excuses. Had them assigned by American Home Shield. Didn’t call when they said. After hearing AHS authorize the repair over the phone and then again in email, they told me a day later they didn’t have authorization yet, Then told me even after they received it, it would take another week to complete job. Seemed like they were overbooked and putting AHS customers last since they had guaranteed business. Also said a gas line needed to be run to bring up to code which I’m pretty sure was a scam to increase billing

So many issues with them. First of the tech they sent out made up erroneous “code charges” for our evaporated coil totaling $1800 out of pocket. When i challenged their findings and got 2 second options they refused to remove the unnecessary charges. The home warranty company AHS tried to force us to use them but i disliked their lack of professionalism so much and untrustworthiness that we opted out and paid an experience and reliable company to do the work. Kenny was very unprofessional when i challenged the unnecessary charges, he argues with me for 40 minutes about the charges. I even called my city code inspector and confirmed the permit and all associated code items were not needed for a coil replacement. I would never use this company nor would i recommend them. If i have AHS and they try to send US AIR out i strongly encourage you to request another company.
