Absolutely do not recommend this company!! My insurance, which is American Home Shield, sent this company out to my home to fix the AC/Heating unit. Firstly, they lack communication skills as well as customer service. The tech that came out to fix my unit was very rude and short with me making smart snide comments to me. Secondly, (most importantly) he did not properly reinstall the cover on my heating unit, which could potentially cause a fire hazard leaving an open flame in my attic. HE DUCK TAPED MY UNIT BACK TOGETHER!! When he "finished" by duck tapping my unit back together he said "his job was complete and call my insurance company to complain if I wanted to!" Just WOW!!! Very unprofessional and unsafe work!!!

Bought a brand new AC unit back in April 2021 it was installed incorrectly on the first day. It had already broke four different times, and the company keeps telling us that we do not have a warranty for parts and labor even though I have paperwork that says we have a five year warranty for parts and labor, and any parts that are replaced like a coil or condenser have a one year warranty from the date that they were replaced. Which last September our coil was replaced along with the valve that wasn’t installed correctly from the very beginning. Every time we call they keep telling us that we don’t have a warranty through American home shield, even though we never purchased our unit from American home shield, we purchased it directly from this company. They don’t call You back, they don’t come when they’re supposed to come, you can’t ever speak with a supervisor or anybody higher up because they never have a number or an email that you can reach out to. They just continue to give you the runaround. It doesn’t matter if they say that they’re cheaper or they’ll give you a better deal or that they’ll match the competitors just pick somebody that’s local in your city and use them instead because they are not worth the hassle at all. They don’t have Twitter or any social media so you can’t even blast them on those but I have already left bad reviews on the Better Business Bureau, Google and yelp

Do NOT use this company. They came out numerous times to assess our air conditioning, only to inaccurately tell us we needed a new unit, when in fact it was the structure of the system. No accountability taken and just blamed the warranty company for "not allowing them to do a full assessment". They just want a cheap payout from the warranty company and don't care at all about quality service.

Most disgusting service providers. Attitude from the secretary who refuses to give her name. Would not recommend this company to anyone. They do not show up for service and fail at communicating.
