Seems Jim Naples of Eastbay Builders also known as Jim Naples & Son same person/company have the same reputation; doing poor quality work, always wanting more money above and beyond budget and never, ever finishing the job as the initial signed contract stated. Previous customers and other contractors all say the same thing, the workmanship is horrible, he's rude and arrogant along with not caring about the customer, just how much more money he can get out of the customer. Though he advertises as being "Best-of-the-Best, he is far from that. Stay away from this company/person. While the craftsmen at Eastbay - formerly Naples & Son, they had to change their name because of so many suits etc - are talented, Jim Naples is a liar and a manipulator. He's all talk, and half of it is BS. My project was not finished. A subcontractor damaged my home and Naples refused to take responsibility, and I ended up dealing with the subcontractor and another contractor in order to repair the damage. I wouldn't trust Naples with my dog house. Check the reviews. Search the lawsuits. Avoid Naples at all costs - and it WILL be costly with this liar.

had a terrible experience with this company. Hired them for a gut renovation. They did not meet timeline, they lied, and took no responsibility for their mistakes. I would stay away from these guys. Former company was Jim Naples & Son
