Hi, Mr. Doyle, I'd like to respond to your review on record. We are a "local guy". We have owned and operated our family business in the lowcountry since 1999. We sponsor local youth sports leagues, donate to charities, and have a trusted footprint in the community. You did NOT spend $1800 to repair your refrigerator. You had two MAJOR repairs - one your microwave, and one on your refrigerator. Neither of these repairs were an "easy fix"; as they consisted of rebuilding the major components of each unit. Secondly, the repairs were completed on January 18, 2021 to address the issue of your refrigerator not cooling. You called into our office May 7, 2021 stating the unit is now leaking water, and you were advised AT THE TIME that there would be a service call fee. Our CSR even provided you with the call recording for you, proving that you were in fact made aware of this, and this is when you proceeded to attack us on Google, Yelp, and Facebook. We stand behind our work, and honor our warranty of 90 days labor and 5 years on replacement parts when issues re-occur. When a new problem develops four months later, this is not within the scope of that warranty. It would be similar to having your brakes repaired on your vehicle in January, and in April your ignition goes out, and you expect the mechanic not to charge you. As you can see from our hundreds of 5 star reviews, we are an honorable company that provides fair and truthful service.
