My name is Pat Evans, my skills and areas of expertise includes staging for home sellers, realtors and investors for the enhancement of the visual presentation in real estate. My professional title is Owner at Pat's World Staging and Re-Design, LLC, which specializes in home staging because "You Never Get a Second Chance to Make a First Impression". I am currently involved with the Richmond, VA African American Chamber of Commerce (CVAACC) and Real Estate Staging Association (RESA).
