We had a minor roof leak from a drain on a roof-top deck. The water damaged the drywall in the two floors below the deck. Fortunately both are in areas that are unfinished and unseen. The damage is not extensive but it definitely needs to be repaired. Weve just completed the project to repair the roof so it has been secured against future leak.
