Stan is the best!! Not only is his work five star but he is a good and honest person who communicates well and is true to his word. He recently built a deck around our newly constructed pool. Our pool contractor was a nightmare and could not manage his subs. Despite the multiple changes directly impacting his schedule Stan remained patient and communicative throughout the process and the end result is unbelievable! If I could give 10 stars I would!

Stan removed old glass and wood deck railing and replaced it with metal and cable railing. He did the job quickly (day and a half), expertly, and very neatly. We are thrilled with results and have more jobs lined up for Mr. Fairchild!

Stan did a great job. I'd definitely hire again and recommend to others.

Stan did work for me installing a privacy fence for me. He was very dependable, professional and did excellent work. Would use him again if I need any future projects and would most certainly recommend him to anyone who needs work to be performed.
