The job was utterly sloppy and unprofessional, and his attitude to me was incredibly rude. He acted like I was an idiot when I asked questions or pointed out problems with his work. He straight up told my boyfriend to "Shut up" when he also asked questions about the problems we had with his work. Large globs of concrete were left on my steps, garage wall, and even some on my handrails. I haven't been able to fix most of the mess he left behind. It'll cost me probably double to fix it now. He couldn't even cut a straight line in the concrete drive to replace/reslope a small section. None of the issues were resolved, and I took him to court. Within 24 hours, the concrete facing was already showing cracks. Now less than 10 months later there are more and larger cracks, and 3 areas are already peeling away. It was an absolutely horrid experience. Other contractors have since told me his work that he charged me $2000 for wasn't worth more than $500, and one even said it looked like "something a crackhead from east Dayton did".
