I can't agree more with the first reviewer. If you want to waste your money and get a horrible experience, this guy is the one. There are reasons that people gave him bad reviews. Be alert!

James Robinson was one of the worst experiences I have had with a home inspection in many years of buying & selling homes. Missed a basement leak that was very visible and costly to us. No detailed checklist. Wandered around aimlessly & forgot equipment.
