I contracted services from Zenon & Zenon for a complete pool removal. Although they were great to work with, communicated the process well and for the most part stayed on schedule. Unfortunately my primary concern regarding removing the pool was not addressed. Through research the main issue that arise is having large water puddles if the ground is not leveled properly. I voiced this over and over and was assured this would not happen and I would have a beautiful yard. Weeks after completing the project there was a mild rain fall. I reached out to Orlando (owner) regarding the puddle of water. He explained the ground needed to settle first to give it time. months later same problem. Now 1 year has passed and my yard is an eye sore because any bit of rain and I have a huge mud yard with large water puddles. I've made attempts to reach out to Zenon and Zenon to help me resolve the issue but no response back. The project cost was $6k and now I have to invest in another project budget to try to resolve these water puddles so my yard can be useable.
