We have a fairly large, and complex home in Englewood, Florida that has had a number of additions put on it. As such, we have 3 separate AC/heat pump units all that have been installed new by Hamilton Heating & Air, but as well we have service contracts with Hamilton Heating & Air. We found them to be very thorough and understanding in the equipment recommendations and their pricing is very competitive. The workmanship is top notch. On the service front, they are prompt, friendly, but professional. If dates and times have to change, they are very flexible. All the staff, be they handling phone calls or installation & service staff are always friendly & courteous as well trained. Being Canadian "snowbirds", it is really important to be able to trust and rely on a service provider given the long distances. On one occasion, we had water coming in thru a wall leak, and although totally not AC/heat pump related, they took the time to figure out the problem, as it was not obvious. We would be hard pressed to ever move our AC/heat pump requirements to someone else!

Travis, the service manager, and his team did a fantastic job with the installation of a new AC/heating system in my home. The team was punctual, polite and very professional. The installation went flawlessly. I highly recommend this company.

Dan went over the information clearly, the work was completed just as we discussed and even the follow proved to be the same good experience. Dan and the whole team were a pleasure to deal with.
