January 18th, 2016 I met with Jim Klepser to give me an estimate on painting the exterior of my home on Manasota Key Florida. The house having been built in 1958. Mr. Klepser was very professional in addressing many problems with painting a Orlando block home of 58 years of age. He spent time explaining and offering advise as to what their Company would do in preparation and offered suggestions that the other two Companies that I had give me bids on the painting job did not address. Mr. Klepser was the highest bidder of the three, but he offered suggestions that were not offered before. Due to his professional presentation I decided to bit the bullet and pay for more services. A few days later Craig and April Havice came to my home and took the tour around the house to evaluate what they had in store for them. Again they too were very professional. January 25th.Craig and April power washed the house. The following day they arrived to mask off doors and windows. They were at my home for the next two weeks every day painting, they took great pains to do a very professional paint job.
