Terrible company, they came out to work on my meter box, the technician left without saying a word, or even checking to see if he had corrected the problem. I called JEA and they informed me that Heck didn’t even fix what the problem was. After relaying this to heck they offered a partial refund. They are now withholding my refund until I “remove my review”. AVOID THIS COMPANY

I hired them twice. First time, I thought they did a good job, but they failed to get a permit. Second time, they caused game to my property, days they fixed it, but when I inquired about it, they absolutely refused to disclose where/what the damages were. They are lacking in integrity and will give a low price just to get your business. This kind of activity is not what you want when you hire an electrician. You need to be safe and secure in your home and property. Ryan Heck is less than professional in his work. What happened at my place was not that big a deal and could have been easily remedied. Heck did not care about me, only about his money. Better luck next time. I will never his again, not recommend to anyone else. Twice bitten.

If you need anything electrical done in your home or office Heck Electrical is the place to call. The owner, Ryan Heck, provided me with a quality estimate and showed me exactly what he would do to install a hard to fit outlet in my master bathroom. He showed up on time, he was courteous, he again showed me what he was going to do to make sure we were in agreement and gave great suggestion. I left him alone and when he was complete, he showed me the final product which was great. A very professional company, owner and finished product. Thanks Ryan!!! I will be calling you again and referring you to everyone I know.
