called and asked for an estimate to remove a tree limb that was split in the middle by lightening about 20 ‘ off the ground. i asked Steve, my age60’s to walk my 2 acre residential property and give me an estimate for tree work and removal of dead wood on my property. he sounded very thorough and assured me he would do a good job and remove all the dead wood not so his crew showed up late they’re supposed to be there at nine they got there almost 20 after they look fatigue when they got there there’s five of them they were never all working at one time they did not want to remove the tree I initially called them for when I pointed it out on the original walk-through in the morning he got all upset said no no no this was not in the estimate it’s gonna be more money I asked him how much more he said it was another $200 he made a big fuss over what I had originally called him for they did a terrible job left limbs. empty gatorade bottles the most misfit unsupervised crew of amateurs . steve is a fast talker and refused to acknoweledge our phone conversation. always reverting to we said we were just going to trim. they primed all the low hanging limbs i could have done w a saws all and a step ladder. had 80000 lbs of equipment. filled up his chipper truck twice then drove away. had a girl walking around for hours blowing dust around for no reason. do not recommend for anyone. when i requested the return a call. i had to have a friend of thier family call them. only the. did a return call and a visit from”steve” occur. the next day they pruned a tree they only pruned 1 side. again little stevie escapes before i could inspect the second return trip DO NOTUSE this incompetent group of butchers. i’m going to take photos of the hack job they did and the trees they intentionally ignored . now i have to call a real tree company to do the work i already paid for. I asked Steve? a man my age, how he felt comfortable ignoring the worst tee on my property. visible crom the driveway split down the middle. to ignore it. i said you have been doing this your entire life i would think you were an expert. he said no, less than ten years. no doubt with that answer. Stevie., I welcome you you anytime to come back with a camera crew and we can all see your crews work. honestly say you were the very worst contractor i ever used in my life. and a liar.

Steve and Son Tree were requested to TRIM a tree in our landscape; instead he severely PRUNED more than one-third of the tree. It looks terrible. I have since had four tree experts tell me that the pruning was not necessary and he ruined the appearance of the tree. I DO NOT RECOMMEND steve and son tree. Steve is no landscaper!!!!!
