RATLIFF POOL CENTER

I ordered a pool in 2020 due to the corona virus and increased demand for pools could not have it installed until 2021. Ok understandable. However I am very dissapointed in new customer service. Was called on a Monday and told installers were on the way. By 3pm no installers Called the store and was told no " on the way "ment I was 1 of 4 in my area and they did not know for sure when the installers would be here. So, by Friday no installers. Called the store and was told they ran into an issue and the installers would be here Monday. The site prep team arrived Monday and were Fast Professional and did a fine job. Tuesday the install team came and installed the pool quickly, professionally and did a good job. However!!!!!!!! They did not put the extra large steps in the pool I had purchased. They said the pool had to fill and set for 3 days for the sand to settle befor the steps could be put in. They said to call the store after the pool was full for 3 days and someone would come out and put the steps in the pool. I emailed the store and told them the pool was ready for the steps and was told they normally did not send someone out to do that and it would coast a fee to do so. Or I could give back the A_frame steps in lieu of the service charge. I emailed back and said no I paid for install and would not give them the A Frame steps. They need to finish the install sense it was the install teams directions i was following. Now no response to my email and the steps are not installed. Also they do not give you the instructions for the pump or filter . I had to go online to the Haywood site and download my own instruction book. They do not give you the warrenty cards for the pump or filter but send you to a website to register your warrenty but only if you ask. They do not volenteer the information. Communication to new pool owners is less than impressive. Evidently if you don't go along you are just cut off.
