Norcal T I, based out of Granite Bay, is a general contractor. They offer patio construction, residential construction, storm shelter installation, and basement remodeling. In November of 2013, Norcal T I did a kitchen remodeling project in the Golf Course Terrace neighborhood using a permit obtained from the city of Sacramento, and in August 2013, a property owner hired them for a decking project in the Land Park neighborhood using a permit obtained from the same office. The state of California and the United States Environmental Protection Agency have accredited them. Norcal T I is insured and bonded.
