BARNES EXTERMINATING COMPANY

Before moving into my new house the owner told me that he had the a complete work over by Barnes, complete with termite job/renewal everything. He told me how other companies had tried to over charge him and other horror stories. It's been months and I haven't seen 1 bug, not even a gnat, and my pets are perfectly fine. Well, I was stuck at a gad station full of sketchy looking men, desperately needing to put oil in my truckand the oil cap was like cross treaded. I see a fairly new red truck with a sign on the side. So, I think its obviously commercial and I ask for help anyways. The guy comes and checks and is like its obviously stuck and goes back to his truck, and I notice that its a Barnes truck and remember the conversation that I had had the week before about how honest dependable and hard working they were. Then the guy comes back with a tool and takes the cap right off. I can honestly say that this company is filled with genuinely honest, caring, hard working, individuals who go out of their way to help people in general. NOT only will they rid your home or bugs or rodents, they will actually clean them up and dispose of them. They also do so much more like moisture barriers and insulation replacement with all this rain lately that stuff is important. MOLD kills people. 100% they have the best prices, and provide the best quality service. In the past I found myself only leaving negative reviews when something went wrong. I relaized that and since have tried to make it a point to leave a positive review as well when worthy of 1.

Joe Berry did an exceptional job today at my house. He always goes above and beyond when he comes. I hope that he is the one that always services our house!

Would never recommend Barnes to anyone. Just closed on a house that had been check two times prior in the last two years by other exterminators and there were no termites. Great for buyers but hell for sellers. If you are the seller have you another eterminator on standby for this co. Cost me an extra $700 for nothing. No signs of termites but they claim infested with a flower box in yard???? Very dissatisfied !!! Will never recommend them to anyone. I ran out of time or would have pursued this farther.
