Signature Pools

I had an aging pool. Due to extensive rainfall in 2018, my deck yard, and hot tub were badly damaged. I hired Signature Pools to replace my pool deck as well as an upper deck, turn the unusable hot tub into a beautiful water feature. Everything was gorgeous.... until recent rains. The pool deck is coming up and there is moss coming up like crazy. I have called to see if they stand by their product and since I have not heard back from them, they apparently do not. Good news, my next door neighbor is having a pool put in her back yard and her pool guys are fixing my pool deck for free!!!!!! What a great group of guys. Since I live by myself, i am told i am an easy target from companies like Signature. Also, I would like to add that I had to buy additional material half-way during my job. There was so much left over. The took it all away when the job was finished. Wonder what they did with all off that material? Perhaps used it on another job? I never received any money back.
