Northstar Landscaping is Unethical & Not Responsive We hired Northstar Landscaping to landscape the yard of our new development. *Ben Sabin didn't complete work based on the committed Fall 2018 deadline. In the Spring 2019, Ben would not return to complete work until we paid in full for work he had not completed.  After we submitted payment, Ben would not return calls for over a month, then didn't return to complete the remaining work for another month *The Patio was 30% smaller than contractually and agreed upon *Northstar Double Bills.  Work we had under contract was also billed for hourly.   *The grading didn't pass final inspection resulting in us being denied permanent occupancy *The black dirt they delivered had quack grass and crab grass so when they hydroseeded, 70% of the yard came up weed.   *Paid for a lakeside patio he never delivered Ben has a lawyer on hand to collect on his billings, we didn't have time nor energy to battle it out in court so decided to spread the word on social media.
