This company is a poor excuse for a plumbing company, any chance to screw the customer they will take it. The so called manager I believe his name is Doug lied to my wife about scheduling then made us feel bad like we got it wrong. What a waste of time an...
Don't do business with this company. You should never sign up for a service plan for a discount on service because they charge you a year later without notice to "renew" their plan. Don't call them about it either, since their process to arrange for a ref...
DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY HIRE INEXPERIENCED AND UNDERQUALIFIED TECHNICIANS AND WON'T HONOR ANY QUOTE GIVEN BY FORMER EMPLOYEES. THEY WILL FIND AN ISSUE WITH ANY QUOTE GIVEN, THEY WILL DOUBLE, EVEN QUADRUPLE THE PRICE.

It was determined that a root had entered and partially blocked the sewer pipe. Enough of the root was removed to clear the pipe for now. The recommendation I received was to replace 6 ft of 4 inch PVC main sewer line; 3 feet on either side of the root issue. It is 4 feet down. The location to be repaired is 45 feet from the clean out near the house and about 15 feet from the back fence in my back yard. The camera was run past the root all the way to the city sewer and determined the root blockage was in only that one location. The location has been marked on the ground with spray paint.
