My wife and I bought a house and moved to the Branson area in 2013. Every summer we have lived here our central air unit would go haywire leaving us without a/c in unbearable heat. Like clockwork, our a/c unit quit working at the beginning of the 2017 summer. We were getting very frustrated and confused to why we kept having consistent and costly issues and why every time we would pay for repairs it seemed to be just a temporary fix. After talking to our neighborhood maintenance man he recommended Jerry's Heating and Cooling. At first we were skeptical about what kind of service we were going to get because previous repair companies we had tried left us with bad experiences and temporary fixes. Along with being outdated our air unit was not big enough for the area of the house, the blower was too small and had too much venting to push cold air through, kinks in the copper tubing and inadequate runoff for condensation just to name a few. Jerry told us with all the issues and the fact it was installed incorrectly from the beginning he recommended we invest in a new system but told us he could get us up and running temporarily if we couldn't afford new system. None of the previous companies ever told us that what they were fixing was only temporary or even took the time to look over the whole system. He was honest, professional, and more thorough than we expected. In the end, we were able to afford the new system and had Jerry and his crew install it. They went above and beyond our expectations, from showing up on time and as scheduled to even replacing the bent copper tubing and removing the excess length in the venting. We even got a courtesy call a few days later and an unexpected follow up visit after a couple weeks to ensure everything was running smoothly. The level of professionalism and customer service we received from Jerry's Heating and Cooling has no comparison.
