Terrible. They open the pool and don't vacuum which I've never heard of in years of having a pool opened. Ok though weird policy. At opening they either damaged a wire to water flow sensor on chlorinator or just ignored error message. Charged me a separate service fee to come back next day and repair. Ordered a 5k + custom safety cover through them. When installed did not fit. They shoved additional pieces and spacers in to close a size able gap around the waterfall. Keep in mind they came out to measure for this custom product and their counterpart Pool Town installed the pool. They said they would take the cover back at opening and add additional straps. Opening came and went, nothing. Now they are sending letters demanding payment for this custom cover that doesn't fit.
