Can I give less than one star? Please do yourself a favor a choose any other company if you need an appraisal. This company was chosen by our bank, and somehow came up with an estimate that was 100k less that a certified appraisal we had done with the same back just 5 years ago. I could not build the house without any of our major improvements for their amount 13 years ago, let alone after appreciation. Please use someone else. Contact me if needed, grendyrc@gmail.com
