Custom Concepts Construction, Inc. installed James Hardie fiber cement siding on our 70 + year old home, provided us with new windows, a new roof, and gutters. The work was excellent and workers always showed up on time. Excellent follow up as well. We are thrilled with the work and receive numerous unsolicited compliments on the appearance of our home.

Custom Concepts provided excellent support to us, from helping us determine the products to use on our large home, to scheduling and follow up, to ensure that the project was completed as desired. They helped us with design recommendations and our home looks beautiful! We replaced all the fiber-board and wood trim on our mostly brick home, with Hardee siding, which encompassed the 2nd floor in the rear of the house and multiple dormers on the front as well as all the roof trim and soffets, porch ceiling and porch posts. Our goal was to make our home as maintenance free as possible, and we are very happy with the results. One trim product that we wanted was not available yet from Hardee, and though Custom Concepts suggested some alternatives, we decided to wait for release of the product to make our home fully Hardee products. Custom Concepts worked with us by keeping us informed of progress, and when the trim product was released, they quickly finish our project. We highly recommend Custom Concepts - they demonstrate expert knowledge of the Hardee product line and proper installation, and excellent customer support and service.

Custom Concepts did an awesome job completely rebuilding our front porch - a rebuild required as a result of bad workmanship by another contractor. From the beginning the team from Custom Concepts made us feel confident in the quality of work that they would do and the end result would be what we wanted. They walked us through everything they were going to do, kept us informed of the progress, cleaned up every day, and after completion followed up with us to ensure that the project was completed to our satisfaction. The footprint of the porch remained the same but it seems so much bigger now and has become a comfortable place to relax and share with our neighbors and friends.

I wanted to make an added on flat roof over my front porch look more like its part of the house. After talking with them, discussing how the siding will fit, the size to use for the best look and both of us knowing how exactly it will look the project started. They took off this old added on flat roof and rebuilt me a new front porch. The workmanship is incredible, the way the workers took care and pride in their work. Every night, packing up and leaving the area clean. But most importantly is the communication, can never have enough of that and that helps the job go well.
