New installation or repair
We have 2 new windows which are supposed to pop up 45 degrees so we can catch the Tradewinds, however the glass company installed hardware ( from Sentry II for True Hardware,) which is for a skylight--it's scissor openers--which only open 11"... So we can't get the trades!!! We are desperate to find someone who could install hydraulic/gas struts instead to the sides of the two windows...
