9 Piers with Tunneling in Grand Prairie | Apr 2015 | We installed nine piers for this home in Grand Prairie. This project required two interior piers; we were able to tunnel to the necessary installation point. The photos show the beginning of the tunnel. | Grand Prairie, TX
7 Concrete Piers North Richland Hills | Feb 2015 | This job required 7 piers installed at the back of the home. We needed to break out 5 sections of concrete to install under the patio of the home. This project brought the back of the home to more level position and allowed the patio door to open and close freely where it was inoperable before. | North Richland Hills, TX
Arlington Slab Foundation Leveling | Jan 2015 | This project required 40 piers, 13 of which were interior piers. Because this was a vacant home we were able to break through the slab by going inside the home. Had this home been occupied we could have dug tunnels under the home to install the interior piers. Most homes in the DFW area do not need this many piers. | Arlington, TX
Fort Worth Slab Repair | Mar 2015 | We installed steel piers to bring this home back to a more level state and reduce the possibility of additional foundation shifting in the future. | Fort Worth, TX
Pier and Beam Repair in Irving | Mar 2015 | This home had an existing plumbing leak which caused some wood rot. We worked with the homeowners while they had their leak repaired. Over several weeks we checked the soil to determine if it was dry enough to proceed with the repair. Once it was at the proper moisture level we were able to replace the weak wood, reset and reshim the structure bringing it back to a more level state and realign the doors and windows. | Irving, TX |
