D Hughes Roofing installed a new metal roof and gutters on my house 2 1/2 years ago with a prior owner. This winter, the gutters FELL OFF MY HOUSE, which I have owned for less than two years. I have called and emailed the company SIX TIMES. No one has responded. I have asked for an estimate to repair and replace the gutters which D Hughes installed. No response. One would think that the company would be curious as to why their gutters would have fallen off. But no. Their total lack of consideration or care for their work is atrocious customer service. I have contacted other roofing and gutter companies who have all said that my gutters were installed improperly. Tread carefully with this company. From my experience, they’ll take your money to install a new roof and gutters. And then leave you hanging if something goes wrong. VERY DISAPPOINTING.
