The guys were friendly asked me a few questions about gutters and and volunteered to fix a few minor items I pointed out. They also cleaned the skylights because they had the time. They cleaned the outside of the gutters as well which I appreciated. So, from a Net Promoter Score perspective, “Would I recommend this product or service to a friend” the answer is yes. Also Porch at this point. I only have one piece of negative feedback (we all have room to improve). One of their trucks has an oil leak and I got rather a large spot (larger than my hand) on my driveway. Now I am not a wacky old curmudgeon about getting off my lawn and so forth – but I am keenly aware that a clean spot free concrete driveway is super important to potential future buyers of my house. So I do try to keep up and have applied some nasty chemicals that have worked fine for me. So there you go. If the oil spot wasn’t in play 5, since it is 4.
