She's knowledgeable, dependable, and flexible to meet the needs of the carpet work I needed. She saved me money by cleaning and not replacing carpet in one of the rooms, and the cleaning she did came out great. Carpet replacement in two other rooms came out great as well.

We have had carpet and hard wood installed in our entire house by Joanne. She gave her opinions about choices that we made and showed us what would work with our paint choices. We are satisfied with the wear of the carpet and her installation. It has been almost 8 years with almost all the carpet purchased still looking good. She gets busy, so don't be in a rush for your carpet, but its worth the wait.
