It was 18 months of pure hell. He took our money didn't pay the concrete subcontractor who put a lien on our house, we had the brick guy yelling and making a scene threatening to do the same thing. In the end he abandoned us with major building code violations, the certificate of occupancy was revoked and he cheated us on square footage. This list of problems were pages long. No bonding or insurance for faulty work. He had 120 days to fix them. He laughed there is nothing to get in his name. Be very careful in Lee County they have let us this fraud go on for years.
