Supplied and installed a new gas furnace in the warehouse area between the bathrooms. Supplied and installed a new condenser on the lower roof above warehouse. Demolished the existing duct work and soffit in the front office area. Fabricated and installed new duct work to service the warehouse area. Installed round spiral duct work in the front office area. Supplied and install new grills and registers. Supplied and installed new copper piping for refrigerant lines. Supplied and installed new PVC flue piping from new furnace. Cored a 5” hole in the outside wall for the new flue exhaust. Supplied and installed a new pitch pocket for the line set and new electrical. Supplied and installed new electrical wiring for both the new furnace and the condenser. Supplied and installed all new breakers in existing panel, disconnects and toggle switches. Supplied and installed one new digital programmable thermostat. Supplied and installed gas piping, valves and fittings to connect new furnace. Provided start up and checked for proper operation.

Disconnected the line/low voltage, water piping and removal of existing chiller and pump. Furnished a properly sized crane and qualified riggers to remove and set equipment. Iinstalled the new chiller in existing location. Supplied and installed a new 208/230/3 outdoor disconnect to connect to existing line voltage wiring. Supplied and installed all associated line voltage wiring required to power up the new chiller from existing line voltage. Supplied and installed new piping and fitting to connect the new chiller to existing chilled water piping. Supplied and installed new insulation for the chilled water lines. Supplied and installed new shut off valves. Supplied and installed the required control wiring for a complete control circuit. Performed Start Up
