VMO contracting

I hired then to build a basement apartment in my cement bunker style space. They gave great advised and choices. Great quality work and fantastic customer services. Myriam offered a very detailed estimate and explained all the steps involved. She also recommended some choices that ultimately were cheaper and better than what I was looking at. Dave and the crew are very friendly and knowledgeable. Whished I had known them when I built the house. Highly recommend them.

I bought a foreclosure in 2012 from the IRS and hired Myriam and her crew to do the rehab. It was my first flip and did not know anything about rehab work. The house was filled with mold and needed to be gutted. The plumbing was outdated and knob and tube wiring. Ton of issues developed as we were trying to get the house done. Myriam was awesome in finding way to add value in the bathroom and kitchen and she had a great color choice for the house. They did it on budget and I could not be happier. She kept me in the loop the all way. Did not know what to expect with a female contractor but I have a fantastic experience and learn a lot along the way. I have used them on 3 other jobs. LOVE THEM!!!
