1st Response Roofing Restoration & Repair

We used 1st Response Roofing for our new roof on our home and fix a leak and recover our sunporch back in Sept 2014. Had a few minor issues with the original job, they came back and fixed few items and overall it was a really nice job. Unfortunately the following summer we noticed a small amount of tar dripping through the sunporch where they had replaced a few ceiling boards and put a new roof on it. We kept an eye on it and the following summer it got alot worse and this summer it became the entire sunporch leaking. After months of trying to get them to come out here and see it etc and having the Certainteed rep come out and agree they had a product failure I'm still having issues getting it fixed. The communication to customers is horrible and the communication within the company is just as bad. They finally came out on their own time/terms this past week and still managed to keep having excuses everyday when they were supposed to be here.... 4 days later the excuses have continued. They dont want to replace the roof, only sand it and seal it and hope that the tar doesnt continue to come through. I would not recommend this company to anyone i know. I hope people look at the complaints, they have a few.
