My wife and I used Conrey Construction for a new roof, siding, and windows. We paid over $30,000 and every facet of the job was done poorly. The roofers did not put collars around the vent stacks, failed to properly flash the chimney, and the shingles were not properly installed. The windows were not properly insulated and (2) were forced into the rough opening and do not fully open. The men who installed the siding failed to remove the old insulation under the aluminum siding. They placed the new insulated vinyl siding over the old insulation. As a result, the corners posts were exposed to the elements and water penetrated our home. This company is surviving on its reputation. If you want to pay a premium price for horrible quality work, choose Conrey Construction. As a bonus, the owner is nearly (80) years old and resides in Florida. He was absent during our entire project. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
